Hong Islands Tour by Speedboat & Kayaking

Hong Lagoon is one of the more dramatic spots of the day. The entrance is narrow, flanked by huge limestone walls, and the lagoon inside feels completely still and sheltered. The water turns an almost unreal shade of green in the right light. From there, the tour moves on to the other islands, each with its own feel. Pakbia has sandbars that appear at low tide, creating natural walkways between the islands. Lao Ka is quieter, with tall palms and soft sand that invite you to slow down for a bit. The optional kayaking at Hong Island is one of the highlights. You'll paddle around the coastline and get a different angle on the cliffs that you simply can't get from the boat. Kayaks fit two people, so it's a good one for couples or a parent and child. It needs to be added to the booking in advance. Snorkeling gear is provided so you can explore the underwater life at each stop. A Thai-style lunch is included and served on the island. If you feel like stretching your legs, the viewpoint hike is steep (400+ steps) but delivers a proper bird's-eye view of the whole archipelago.
