These terms apply to all tours and services booked through hongislandkrabi.com, operated by Koh Tour Co., Ltd., 93/1, Ao Nang, Amphoe Mueang Krabi, Krabi 81000, Thailand, licensed by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT 42/00462). By booking, you accept these terms.
Bookings and payment
- A booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email or WhatsApp message. Joined tours are payable in cash or by the payment methods stated on the tour page, on the day of the tour unless stated otherwise.
- Private charters may require a deposit as shown on the tour page. The remaining balance is due on the day of the tour.
- The national park entry fee (300 baht per adult, 150 baht per child aged 4 to 14) is collected separately by the national park in cash, unless the tour page states it is included.
- Prices are in Thai baht. We honour the price shown at the time of booking.
Cancellations and refunds
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure, unless the tour page states a different cutoff.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of departure and no-shows are not refunded.
- If we cancel a tour for weather or safety reasons, you choose between a full refund of anything paid or rebooking on another date. Marine officials and our captains make the final call on sea conditions.
Changes by you
Date changes are free where availability allows, requested at least 24 hours before departure. Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email to change a booking.
On the tour
- You are responsible for arriving at the agreed pickup point on time. Missed pickups are treated as no-shows.
- Follow the crew's safety instructions at all times. Life jackets are provided and must be worn when the crew requires it.
- Tell us about medical conditions, pregnancy, or limited swimming ability when booking so we can advise whether a tour is suitable.
- The itinerary may be adjusted on the day for tides, weather, or national park instructions.
Liability
We operate under Thai law with licensed boats, insured passengers, and certified captains. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the tour, except where Thai law provides otherwise. We are not liable for personal items lost or damaged during a tour, so keep valuables in the dry bags provided.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Krabi Province.
